Why it's different

A spreadsheet tells you where you applied. This tells you what's working.

Most job trackers are a list of companies. Resumebix connects each application to the resume you sent and how well it matched the job — then turns your own results into advice.

  • See which resume version gets the most interviews
  • Find the JD match score above which you get callbacks
  • Never forget a follow-up — reminders after 7 days of silence
  • Know which job sites and referrals actually pay off

How it works

  1. 1

    Add an application

Company, role, date, where you found it — and the resume you sent.

  2. 2

    Paste the job description

Get a match score instantly. Your resume is snapshotted as a version.

  3. 3

    Move it through your pipeline

Drag from Applied to Interview to Offer. Follow-up reminders appear on their own.

  4. 4

    Read your insights

After a few weeks, see which version, score and source get you interviews.

Frequently asked questions

What is a job application tracker?

A single place to log every job you apply to — company, role, date, status and notes — so you can see your whole pipeline from wishlist to offer, know who to follow up with, and stop losing track of applications in spreadsheets and email.

How does the tracker know which resume works best?

When you add an application, you link the resume you sent. Resumebix saves a snapshot of it as a numbered version (v1, v2, v3…). A new version is created only when the resume's content changed. Once you have at least three applications per version, the tracker compares interview rates and tells you which version wins.

What is a JD match score?

Paste the job description and the tracker scores your linked resume against it with the same engine as our free JD Matcher — required skills, keywords and experience. Over time it shows the score above which you start getting callbacks.

Is the job tracker free?

Yes. Tracking applications, resume versions, match scores and insights is free with a Resumebix account. You can try the demo above without signing in.

When should I follow up on a job application?

About a week after applying if you've heard nothing. The tracker reminds you automatically: any application in 'Applied' for seven days without a reply shows up as a follow-up to do.
